Based in our UK Head Office in Brighton, James Heels has recently been promoted to the role of Group Business Development Manager at Paterson Simons (PSAL).
James has been an invaluable member of our team for an impressive tenure of 16 years, with his anniversary approaching this November. He has accumulated a wealth of diverse experience within PSAL, encompassing roles in expediting, shipping, warranty management, plant offers, field sales, and nurturing customer relationships.
One distinguishing hallmark of James’s career at PSAL has been his extensive travel, in service of our clients. He has travelled to Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, and Senegal.
His experience and success at PSAL naturally led to James’ progression to this role, reflective of his valuable contribution and accomplishments within the company.
In his role as Group Business Development Manager for PSAL, James will oversee and develop Key Accounts for lifting equipment plant sales and associated services.
He will work closely with our Managing Director, Group Managers and the Sales Team and will oversee the direction of the Sales Team to ensure focus on Key Accounts.
