The company recognises that the way some customers want to communicate with us is changing, as we noticed that many customers prefer to bypass our service admin team and go direct to technicians working in the field. By initiating a centralised WhatsApp account we are able to maintain a record of the customers original request. Customers can be assured that the line is manned by first line technical assistance, exactly as you would get over the phone. It’s now also really easy to send photos of the machine. Once it is clear a technician is required, it can be scheduled straight away avoiding untimely delays by routing service requests back to the service office.
