Benson’s exceptional qualifications:
- Reported a total of 8 safety observations
- Spotted a client working on an unsecured ladder attached to a scaffold. He stopped the work, educated them and assisted in securing the ladder properly to prevent any incident
- He observed customer using damaged slings and requested it to be replaced although he was there to conduct training only.
- 2 out of the 8 safety observations reported were good practices
- Conducted 100% risk assessment of jobs assigned
- No records of accident
