Patrick Sam was recently appointed to the role of Contracts Manager, with the aim of ensuring that Pasico Takoradi team’s contract work on Mobile and Industrial Cranes across West Africa is delivering customer value at the highest level.
Sam’s role is to ensure planning, execution, reporting is effective, and most importantly, that recommendation for improvement and follow-up are actioned.
To support Sam in his new role, Pasico Ghana utilised the services of their long-time training partner, LMI South Africa, to deliver a leadership training course. During the course, Sam was mentored by the Takoradi team’s General Manager, Moses Essel Ahun, whose experience the Paterson Simons Group is extremely proud to have on board.
During the duration of the course, visible improvements to the level of contract reporting have been noted and we expect customers to feel the benefit ultimately in terms of machine availability as contracts are monitored for continual improvement and recommendations are adopted by customers.
