Chem has worked at Paterson Simons for 8 years, starting as a Service Engineer, and was promoted to Senior Service Engineer, due to his achievements in the role. Chem enjoys working at Paterson Simons due to the flexibility in the role, the different types of equipment he works on, and the constant learning and knowledge that the role brings.
Chem has successfully tutored engineers who are now efficient and successful in their maintenance work in the industry. In his time at Paterson Simons, Chem has learnt how to manage different people with different points of view successfully, to achieve a common goal of success. Apart from work, Chem enjoys spending time with family and making people around him laugh!
