Pius has worked at Paterson Simons for 7 years. As a Service Engineer, Pius is responsible for providing technical support and assisting customers by responding to their service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
His responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing faults, servicing equipment, developing preventative maintenance strategies, and recommending updates for user manuals and software. A main highlight for Pius in his role so far was the opportunity to get training on how to offload and commission Konecranes RTGs, which he has since carried out on numerous occasions.
What motivates Pius outside of work is a desire for achievement and a desire for affiliation to a cause that helps humanity. When he is not working, he likes to read, go on occasional hikes and nature walks.
