Paterson Simons subsidiary Pasico Ghana was alive with colour and camaraderie last week, as our Tema office took part in a lively and memorable Jersey Day, organised by the Human Resources Department.
The initiative invited employees to wear their favourite sports jerseys to work, creating a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere across the office!
The event was a success among staff, with jerseys representing various football clubs and national teams on proud display. Laughter, banter, and team pride filled the air as colleagues showcased their sporting allegiances. To add to the festive mood, refreshments were generously provided through staff contributions, ensuring that everyone could enjoy a delicious selection of food and drinks.
More than just a fun dress-up day, the event was thoughtfully organised by HR to foster motivation, inclusivity, and a stronger sense of togetherness within the workplace. It served as a light-hearted reminder of the value of unity and shared experiences in building a thriving team culture.
