Ben Ntumy, Finance Manager at Pasico Ghana has been an important part of our subsidiary for the past 13 years. Starting his journey as a Treasury Manager, Ben transitioned to his current role in September 2018. His career at Pasico Ghana is a testament to his dedication, professional growth, and the supportive environment fostered by the company.

When Ben first joined Pasico Ghana, he took on the role of Treasury Manager. Over the years, his hard work and dedication were recognised, leading to his promotion to Finance Manager in September 2018. This transition marks a significant milestone in his career, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in more challenging roles.

He values the opportunity to assist his colleagues in achieving their goals and appreciates the regular challenges that contribute to his professional and personal development. The collaborative environment and the chance to work with talented and supportive colleagues make his job enjoyable and fulfilling.

One of the highlights of Ben’s tenure at Pasico Ghana has been his involvement in implementing ERP software for the company. He successfully organised training sessions for the staff, significantly benefiting the company. This achievement stands out as a proud moment in his career, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the company’s operations.

Outside of his professional life, he is driven by his involvement in charitable activities with his church and his passion for football, particularly as an Arsenal fan.
